When ARB expanded into the Southern Highlands, they faced similar challenges. To meet rising demand in Sydney’s growing suburbs, they partnered with HR Structures for a modular solution.
The result? A purpose-built retail and warehouse space in Braemar that exemplifies ARB’s global brand while offering functionality and efficiency—all delivered in record time.
A working group, with community representatives and Councillors guided by Sport Waikato, addressed issues at the Swim Zone Matamata Leisure Pools facility after the removal of the indoor pool enclosure.
They agreed on a “medium-term solution” to maintain year-round access to indoor pool facilities and swimming lessons for the Matamata community.
The resolution involved a bespoke Cargo 15.00m x 30.00m x 3.0m structure. This structure, installed at Matamata Swim Zone, was designed for long-term use with a 25-year design life, tailored the design to suit the high humidity environment for prolonged durability.
Nestled between Victoria’s Daylesford and Ballarat regions, Scrub Hill is a picturesque wedding venue.
Scrub Hill were supplied with a stunning 9.00m x 15.00m marquee, complete with a black powder-coated frame, glass façade, and double glass entrance doors. The team’s extensive experience in manufacturing top-quality modular products is evident in the exquisite German-engineered quality of the marquee.
The clients were thrilled!! The Glass Marquee is perfect for guests seeking an intimate and atmospheric wedding experience, set amongst the lush lawns of the property.
Car dealership, Werribee Motor Group, required an impressive showroom to showcase their new range of cars. Accordingly, we provided a Skyline Structure 15m x 10m with both glass facade and black powder coated frame.
An attractive garden estate located in Denham Court, New South Wales, Ottimo House required an impressive wedding venue. As a result, we installed a 15m x 35m x 4.2m side height A Frame Structure. Furthermore, we fitted a sandwich panel roof in white and full clear glass panels to the front and back of the structure.
The Jetty, located in the heart of Canberra, required a modular structure to cover its seasonal entertainment space, which operates through to April. The venue hosts live music and offers premium local food and beverages throughout the summer months.
Summerset Retirement Village in Cranbourne North provides relaxing retirement living with easy access to supermarkets and shopping centres that include a medical centre, cafés and restaurants. Summerset wanted a convenient recreation room to add to the village’s new spacious homes in the stunning resort-style facilities.
This project was part of an $8.6 billion government investment in KiwiRail rail and ferry infrastructure to seamlessly carry people and freight from one end of the country to the other. As a result, in 2023, was built a 15m x 65m structure with a 4.2m side height.
Energy Logistix required a durable and functional storage solution to house essential equipment. The solution supplied and installed was a 15m x 25m x 6.3m cargo structure, purpose-built to meet the operational needs of the site.
