STEP ONE
Step 1: Choose a Design
The design process encompasses every aspect of the build, including structural details, external/internal finishes, sensitive locations, mechanical and electrical installation, foundations, services and much more.

Step 2: Estimate
Once the design is established, we will provide you with an estimate costing for the project.

STEP THREE
Step 3: Concept
From there, we will enter the design concept process, and provide you with drawings of the structure, including any accessories, such as windows, doors, stairs, etc.

Step 4: Confirm Order
Once you’re happy with the concept and design, we’ll send you an order.
Manufacture
STEP FIVE
Step 5: Production
Once the design process is complete, the project enters the production stage. All our buildings are manufactured offsite, which brings many key advantages to your project.

STEP SIX
Step 6: Delivery
The delivery process is handled entirely by Australian Modular Structures. Our experienced team evaluate every site individually, designing a specific delivery based on the following factors:
- Restricted site access
- Health and safety regulations
- Traffic control

STEP SEVEN
Step 7: Project Completion
The project onsite is managed by Australian Modular Structures, and offers a full turnkey service, including:
- Site preparation
- Placement of modules onto foundation
- Bay to bay module jointing
- Electrical commissioning and testing
- Plumbing connections
- Floor Finishes
Process
FINAL STEP
Repurpose
Once you’re finished with the structure, it can be dismantled and relocated to another site by our experienced team with little impact to the environment.
