The Jetty CBR Project

Seasonal Entertainment Space

PROJECT

The Jetty CBR

The Jetty, located in the heart of Canberra, required a modular structure to cover its seasonal entertainment space, which operates through to April. The venue hosts live music and offers premium local food and beverages throughout the summer months.

To elevate the visitor experience, a modular structure featuring a shallow-pitched curved roof was selected for its modern and stylish aesthetic, a significant upgrade from the previous temporary covering.

Beyond its primary role as an entertainment venue, the modular structure at The Jetty has proven to be a highly versatile community space. Its open-plan design and weather-resistant features make it ideal for a wide range of activities, including Pilates, yoga, and dance classes. Throughout the season, it transforms effortlessly to accommodate diverse programs, supporting health, wellness, and cultural initiatives. This flexibility has made it a valuable asset for the local community, offering a welcoming and functional environment for events of all kinds.
