WALL ROOF

Roof & Wall Panel Options

Australian Modular Structures offer a selection of materials including sandwich panels, steel sheets, Thermo inflatable PVC, or single-layer PVC, all flame retardant to meet Australian Standards. Wall systems consist of horizontal panels measuring 60mm x 2.5m x 1m. The aluminum frame allows for mounting on both external and internal surfaces.

Sandwich Panel

The insulated sandwich panel is best suited for insulated buildings. Panels are available in different material thicknesses with PUR foam or mineral wool filling. A range of exterior colours are available.

Steel Sheet

Both galvanised and coated sheet comes in different colours and the option of coating against condensation in the roof area.

Thermo

The Thermo Roof twin layer sheets are pulled in the Keder-grooves of the structure and blown-up with a specially designed air pressure unit. As a result, the air pressure unit maintains a constant temperature level.

Single Skin PVC

Cover is flame-resistant pursuant to DIN 4102-B1. Is most suitable for canopies or non-insulated buildings. The single-skin cover is available in transparent, or opaque, and in a variety of different colours.

Skylight

Light Dome - Double-shell plastic. Smoke extraction function. Ventilation function. Wind and rain detector

Double Layer PVC

Flame-resistant pursuant to DIN 4102-B1. The double-skin cover is available in transparent, or opaque, and in a variety of different colours.

Solar

Roof systems are insulated 100mm panel with solar panel brackets incorporated into the roof.

Insulated Steel Sheet

Galvanised and coated sheet comes in different colours and the option of coating against condensation in the roof area.

Glass

Glass walls systems are double glazed with natural ventilation options, 1m H x 2.5m L x 60mm W, with options for different openings.

Glass Door

Attractive glass entry doors. Double glazed. Standard dimensions 1m x 2m or 2m x 2m double. Custom sizes available.

Roller Shutter

Roller shutter - Made of insulated, glavanised steel profiles. Electric drive. Accessories available.Dimensions: Width 4.50m/height 3.5m or 4.50m

Sectional Door

Sectional Door - Made of PU sandwich panel. Electric drive. Light section optional.Wicker door optional. Dimensions: width 4.5m/ height 3.5m or 4.5m

PVC Door

PVC Door - Cost Effective door variant. Secure guidance header beam. Secure Locking possible. Dimensions: width 4.80m/ height up to 4.30m

Personnel

Single door - Dimensions approx: 1.00m x 2.00m or 2.00m x 2.20m (double leaf). Functions as personnel or escape door

Sliding

Sliding Door - Corrugated steel sheet or PU sandwich panels. Secure guidance header beam. Secure locking possible. Dimensions: width 4.80m/ height up to 4.50m

DOORS

Door Options

Doors Systems are sliding, hinged, and automated to fit into a 5m W x 2.4 m H bay. They can be solid glass, and personnel doors can provide flexibility and customisation if required. For larger structures, roller doors and aviation doors can be integrated into the structure.

WINDOWS

Window Options

A variety of window openings, both standard and custom, are offered in sizes from 600mm to 2500mm. For a more budget-friendly option compared to glass, consider a polycarbonate wall window strip measuring approximately 1000 x 4000mm. These are usually fitted under eaves within wall panels.

Single Window

Plastic or aluminium frame. Insulating glazing optional. Standard version: 50% turn/tilt function. Dimensions: approx 1.00m x 1.00m (1 leaf), 1.00m x 2.00m (2 leaf) or 1.00m x 4.00m (4 leaf)

Double Window
