Following approval of an estimate, Australian Modular Structures will begin a detailed scoping of the project:
Site inspection
Australian Modular Structures will arrange a convenient time to visit the site to measure, review access points, power and water supply etc.
Final design and scope of works
The design will be finalised following the site inspection and any input required from consultants engaged to review the site (if required).
Renders will be prepared for the client’s review. Following approval of the final design, the detailed scope of works and final costs will be prepared for review and approval.
Project initiation
Following client sign off on the scope and costs, building works will begin.
