Many industries confuse modular structures for marquees. Basically, marquees are lightweight structures with a PVC or canvas covering, suitable for very short-term use, usually for weekend events.
Rather, modular structures are a permanent buildings. Not only are they built to your specification from an anodized aluminium frame with galvanized steel fixings, but they guarantee the strength and durability to work in many environments.
Although the structures are referred to as “temporary”, many clients use them as permanent solutions.

What happens once I agree to go ahead
Following approval of an estimate, Australian Modular Structures begins a detailed scoping of the project.
Step one
Site inspection
Australian Modular Structures arrange a convenient time to visit the site to measure, review access points, power and water supply etc.
Step two
Final design and scope of works
The design is finalised following the site inspection and any input required from consultants engaged to review the site (if required).
Accordingly, renders are prepared for the client’s review. Following approval of the final design, bascially the detailed scope of works and final costs are prepared for review and approval.
Step three
Project initiation
Following client sign off on the scope and costs, building works begin.
