Modular office building

How does a modular structure compare with traditional buildings?

Brick Built versus modular. The main differences are basically cost and time.

Not only does a permanent build onsite mean foundations and ground works, but it can take many months. Accordingly, it comes at a very high cost, once you take build and foundation costs, legal fees, stamp duty and agents’ fees into account.

Where the modular structure really comes into its own is in providing a permanent build that you have onsite for as long as you need it.

Quick Built

Not only can a modular structure be installed within a couple of weeks, (subject to the building specification), but it’s at a fraction of the cost of a permanent build.

Additionally, dismantle the modular structure with a minimum of fuss, and relocate it as you need. Whether you need the flexibility of onsite space or as business demands, increase and decrease your space.

Great to know that you’re not wasting space and money onsite when the space isn’t needed.
